{Fish queso-loco: a fish taco wrapped in a soft taco shell with cheese in-between!}

In Miami there are tons of great places to eat- but none of them beat my hole-in-the-wall favorite; T-Mex Cantina! This South Beach taco joint offers delicious and unique tacos as well as some rockin’ nachos. Every time I go to Miami I must stop by there for the fish queso loco, and this trip was no exception. The tacos are so large you only need to order one, but man I wish I could stomach two. My favorites include the fish guaco-loco which is a hard taco smothered in guacamole and then wrapped in a soft taco, the queso loco which is the same concept but with cheese, the guacamole and chips, and lastly the beef macho nachos with are nachos covered in beef, cheddar cheese, chili loco, lettuce pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream and jalapeños. YUM!
