{This is the logo for her website- and yes that is her adorable family!}
While I try to eat healthy, whole, organic foods I am also known to occasionally eat a bowl of mac ‘n cheese from Lost Society or get pumpkin cheesecake stuffed french toast from Miss Shirley’s. Having a diet of 90% whole foods is tough, but going the full 100% whole foods diet is extremely hard. A friend of mine, Allison, has recently converted to a diet of ONLY whole foods for herself and her family of five. She is documenting her journey on her blog CrunchyRealFoodMom.com. I am obsessed with her blog because she is always showing what to look out for on food labels, shares recipes for healthy meals and snacks, and also shows what she purchases at the grocery store each week. If you are trying to switch to a healthier diet- reading her blog is a great start!
