3 Day Juice Cleanse

{Day 1 Juice}

I have talked about juicing {read it HERE} and detoxing {HERE} and now I am going to share a fabulous juice cleanse with you! I read about the cleanse on TheSkinnyConfidential.Com about 5 months ago, and ever since I have been hooked.  Doing the cleanse for 3 days left me feeling energized, skinny and happy!  I only lost a few pounds, but I felt amazing. I find it beneficial to do this cleanse every other month. You can have your local Whole Foods prepare the juice for you, or you can do it at home {I use the Jack LaLanne juicer}. Cheers!

Drink 8 ounces of juice every hour, for 8 hours. Which equals 64 ounces a day.  It’s 6 veggies of each    [ for lemons: it's 3 juiced lemons ], followed by a meal of lean protein for dinner. Drink lots of Green Tea and water throughout the day.
